During the lockdown I have been cleaning out my family home and getting it ready to sell.  One of the bits I found was a well-used pamphlet on KNOX Gelatin from 1931.  It contained such deliciousness as "Ham and Chicken Mousse with Small Fish" and a unique production called "Liver Sausage Pineapple" - a combo of liverwurst, mayo, and Worcestershire sauce all molded into a pineapple flavored gelatin tower.  Yum.  ​​​​​​​
I decided to google what chefs are doing with the giggly goodness in our century.  What a relief, not a liverwurst ingredient to be found!  I started this project to get out of my comfort zone of using bright colors and the same three brushes in Procreate for everything I did.  All of this playing around has lead to a wonderful new opportunity, more on that in the future.
